Signs that someone may need help
If someone you know is showing any of the following signs:
- withdrawing or isolating
- sleeping too little or too much
- increasing use of alcohol and/or drugs
- showing rage
- talking about feeling trapped or in unbearable pain
- talking about seeking revenge

How you can help
Ask them if they are considering suicide, remain calm, listen and stay with them until help is reached through local mental health professionals at LifeSkills Adult/Children’s Crisis Stabilization unit by contacting the crisis line.
