Case Manager: Rachel Carroll, BS

Rachel Carroll graduated from WKU in 2016 with a Major in Psychology and a minor in Family and Children’s Studies. Rachel started as a case manager in Therapeutic Foster Care in 2017 in Louisville, KY then moved to Bowling Green with her husband to continue her work as a case manager. Rachel joined the LHS team in June 2020 and loves to support foster families as they navigate working with our foster care children and teenagers.
