LifeSkills, Inc. Announces Re-brand to CAYA Collaborative Care
After 60 years of serving individuals, families, and communities across south central and western Kentucky, LifeSkills, Inc. announces a new chapter as the organization officially transitions to CAYA Collaborative Care, Inc.
This transition follows the merger of Pennyroyal Center and LifeSkills into the region’s leading Community Mental Health Center. CAYA Collaborative Care reflects who that organization has become, one committed to delivering integrated, whole-person care through behavioral health, physical health, and developmental services.
The name CAYA, inspired by the phrase, “Come As You Are”, reflects the organization’s core belief: individuals seeking care should feel welcomed, accepted, and supported exactly as they are.
“We have always believed that the moment someone reaches out for help is one of the most courageous moments of their life”, says Joe Dan Beavers, LifeSkills President and CEO. “Come As You Are is our promise that when that moment comes, we will be here. No prerequisites. No judgment. Regardless of their diagnosis, their circumstances, or their ability to pay.”
While the organization will now operate under the CAYA Collaborative Care name, the trusted legacy of LifeSkills and Pennyroyal Center will continue to be honored across the regions and communities the organization has long served. The name CAYA Collaborative Care is new. The mission, the people, and the commitment to this region are not.
As communities across Kentucky continue to face growing behavioral health needs, the CAYA Collaborative Care brand will help strengthen awareness, improve access, and support a more seamless, integrated care experience. Individuals and families can expect the same trusted services, familiar staff, and continued dedication throughout the transition.
Over the coming months, signage, digital platforms, printed materials, and outreach efforts will gradually transition to reflect the new brand across the legacy Pennyroyal Center and LifeSkills regions.
